30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging (including all tags, boxes, and accessories)

A quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect) – we also accept returns for non-defective items as long as the above conditions are met

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final sale items, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons) are not returnable.

How to start a return

Contact us at info@dfynnesell.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (within 1 business day).

Pack the item securely and attach the label. Drop it off at the carrier’s location.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 1–2 business days after delivery), we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).

After we submit the refund, please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account (bank processing times vary).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or PayPal. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@dfynnesell.com.
